CPAP Machine Lawsuits

We are helping victims and accepting sleep apnea machine cases from people who use Philips CPAP or BiPAP sleep apnea machines.

If you were the user of a Philips sleep apnea machine and have been diagnosed with cancer, respiratory conditions, or lung damage, you might be entitled to compensation for your injuries. On June 14, 2021, Philips Respironics recalled a large number of its sleep apnea CPAP machines and BiPAP ventilators. Allegedly, the machines contain toxic sound dampening material (polyurethane (PE-PUR) foam) that can break down into the users’ air pathways, causing harm. Some users have reported black flecks in the tubing, masks, and have even coughed up black flecks that they believe may be from the machine itself.
